Challenge
The exterior and Interior of this 20,000sq ft facility was in rough condition after years of being abandoned and neglect from the previous owners. The condition of the siding was in rough shape and left a few things to be desired with a tremendous amount of chaulking on the aluminum siding. There was also a leak in the roof causing water stains on the sheet-rock walls and ceiling.
Solution
We took special care creating a special power washing solution to properly clean the surfaces removing all the years of dirt and chaulking in order to apply the primer. We applied approximately 280 gallons of Sherwin Williams Super Paint Cyberspace Black(2 coats) which resulted in a seamless finish on the entire building.
