When we first took on the project, the owner made it clear that they wanted a clean, durable, and professional finish—ready to enjoy just in time for the summer. From the beginning, we knew surface preparation would be key. Our initial walkthrough revealed several small areas of damaged concrete that needed attention before we could move forward. The owner trusted us to identify and repair these problem spots to ensure the new coating would last. With summer approaching quickly, they were looking for a fast, efficient turnaround without sacrificing quality, and we were ready to deliver exactly that.
