This home was built in the 1800's and underwent some restoration and repair from previous damage caused by previous contractors sandblasting the home. 

The structure was painted both on the interior and exterior, rotted wood was removed and replaced and the shutters and gutters were also needing to be replaced.

New Britain Stadium in New Britain, CT had its fair share of excitement! Many teams, players and fans filled the stadium throughout the years. Due to inclement weather, fans and players alike, change had to be done! The stadium has taken a beating! So, my team here at Scholar Painting and Restoration LLC was put to the test to change New Britain Stadium for the better, we knew that renovations had to be done!
